Nitesh Chordia is the Whole Time Director of our Company. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He learned accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance related work during his articleship at M/s Dinesh Sisodia & Co. from October 2007 to April 2011. 

He joined our Company in April 2015, as Accounts Executive and work on the closely on financial matters, and appointed as a Director of our Company on September 29, 2018. Subsequently he redesignated as the Whole-Time Director of our Company in 2025.

 He played a key role in strengthening the financial systems and governance framework of our Company. With over 10 years of experience, he contributes significantly to financial planning, strategic decision-making, and longterm stability of our Company.
