Yashasvini Kumar is the Independent Director of our Company. She completed her B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad. 

She worked as associate in Trilegal from July 2009 to November 2011 and as Legal Head in Innoterra India Private Limited from 2017 and thereafter promoted as Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in January 2023. Currently she is the Board member of Innoterra Limited, Lorzenparkstrasse Cham, Switzerland.

 She has a legal and compliance background with over 10 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and group-level governance. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by India Business Law Journal (2022) and has authored articles on agri-business and legal reforms.
