The Board level Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Committee comprising of three Directors mentioned herein recommends to the Board for approval, the amount of expenditure to be incurred on the activities and monitor from time to time the Policy for Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability approved by the Board.
